Hi, I'm Jen Cherewaty RAc, RTCMP

Since 2005, 20+ years,  I have compassionately supported thousands of clients with optimizing their hormone cycles to reduce period issues, enhance fertility, flourish in pregnancy & postpartum and reduce perimenopause/menopause symptoms.  I hold a deep belief in the ability of the body to heal & balance and am continually amazed by the power & effectiveness of acupuncture, herbal medicine, functional medicine, nutrition and mindfullness.


I am honoured to serve and support clients with a combination of ancient and evidence based medicine. I am a former home-school mama of a now teenage son, part yogi, part organic gardener and part passionista of cooking whole nourishing foods. After a summer 2023 trip, I have developed a passion for all things Italy and learning to cook risotto, tiramisu and homemade pasta. My favourite ways to energize my spirit are walking or skiing along mountain & forest trails.
